Refund Policy
You are entitled to a 100% refund of related service fees if your application for a medical license is denied by the State Medical Board as a result of an error or oversight by MedPro Central, its employees or consultants. If the agreement is terminated for any other reason, the following refund schedule applies.
Work Completed Refund Available
Research 90% of Initial Service Fee
Application 30% of Initial Service Fee
Verifications 10% of Initial Service Fee
Follow-up No Refund Available
MedPro Central retains a 5% Merchant Fee for all credit card chargebacks.
MedPro Central charges a $40 Service Fee for all returned checks.
MedPro Central makes no guarantee of state licensure as state medical board requirements are subject to change without notice. MedPro Central is not responsible for any action or in-action on the part of any state medical board, credentialing agency or verifying entity.
Grounds for Termination of Agreement
Our clients reserve the right to terminate the Service Agreement with MedPro Central at any time for any reason. A refund will be granted to the client according to the above mentioned refund schedule.
MedPro Central reserves the right to terminate the Service Agreement for lack of communication or inactivity on the part of the client for a period of 60 days or longer. MedPro Central reserves the right to refuse service to the client should the client engage in unprofessional conduct or purposefully fail to disclose information to the medical board.
